The DIO1 offers two configuration jumpers: 1.) JP1 - I/O BASE ADDRESS SELECT and 2.) JP2 - IRQ SELECT. The DIO1 digital I/O channels and registers are I/O port mapped for easy software service with most of the operating systems (i. e. Microsoft Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows NT, and Windows CE). JP1 defines the I/O base address for the DIO1 digital I/O channels and registers in the PC/104 host system I/O address space. The I/O base address can be 200h, 220h, 280h, 2A0h, 300h, 320h, 380h, or 3A0h. With jumper JP2 the input channel interrupt request can be routed to the PC/104 IRQ signals. On the 16- bit version the interrupt request is jumper selectable on the PC/104 bus interrupts IRQ2, IRQ3, IRQ4, IRQ5, IRQ6, IRQ7, IRQ10, IRQ11, IRQ12, IRQ14, or IRQ15. The 8- bit version of the DIO1 offers only the PC/104 bus interrupts IRQ2, IRQ3, IRQ4, IRQ5, IRQ6, or IRQ7.
