IPC64/19 PC/104 FLAT PANEL PC
The FLAT PANEL PC (FPPC) IPC64/19 is an industrial PC base with 34-key front panel keyboard and a 6.5" COLOR VGA TFT LCD for front panel mounting. The IPC64/19 provides a powerful platform to build low cost, high performance, real- time solutions. Together with a PC/104 CPU/SBC it is fully functional for industrial applications and will run without disks and external keyboard. It is well suited for industrial applications such as, automated industrial equipment, medical instrumentation, transportation, manufacturing, communication, test and measurement on the factory floor. The IPC64/19 consists of three major components: The 34-key front panel keyboard with IP65 protection, an COLOR VGA TFT LCD with 640 * 480 dots in graphic mode and 25 lines * 80 charīs in standard text mode, and the BB2 Base Board with onboard VGA controller, VGA BIOS, 512 Kbyte VRAM, LCD power supply, keyboard scanner for matrix keyboards and a PC/104 interface with connector. We offer also the BB2 Base Board with COLOR VGA TFT LCD, the product name is BB2 Flat Panel PC. We also offer the IPC64/19 with a low cost 6.4" black & white MONOCHROME LCD. The product name is IPC64/19M.

The BB2 Base Board of the IPC64/19 contains a flat panel VGA controller with 512 Kbyte onboard video RAM, the VGA BIOS, a VGA TFT LCD power supply, one keyboard scanner for the IPC64/19 34- key front panel keyboard and for a external keyboard and one 8- or 16- bit, non- stackthrough PC/104 interface and connector. The BB2 Base Board VGA controller supports simultaneous use of the COLOR VGA TFT LCD and one external analog CRT monitor. Support File Download. The BB2 Base Board VGA controller is fully compatible with the VGA graphics standard at the register, gate and BIOS levels. The VGA controller provides full backwards compatibility with the EGA, CGA, MDA and Hercules graphics standards. Mode initialization is supported at the BIOS and register levels, ensuring compatibility with application software. The VGA controller offers hardware cursor improving Windows performance. The VGA controller and other BB2 Base Board logic properly sequences the power with respect to the control and data signals to prevent damage to the COLOR VGA TFT LCD.
