BB1T PC/104 TOUCH PANEL PC
The TOUCH PANEL PC (TPPC) BB1T is a industrial PC base with 10*6 touch panel matrix and sound port for front panel mounting. The BB1T provides a powerful platform to build low cost, high performance, real- time solutions. Together with a PC/104 CPU/SBC it is fully functional for industrial applications and will run without disks and keyboard. It is well suited for industrial applications such as, automated industrial equipment, medical instrumentation, transportation, manufacturing, communication, test and measurement on the factory floor.

The front of the BB1T TOUCH PANEL PC is a monochrome VGA LCD with 320 * 240 dots in graphic mode and 15 lines * 40 charīs in standard text mode and a 10*6 touch panel matrix. The VGA LCD offers a back side mounted BB1T Base Board with onboard VADEM VG660 VGA controller, VGA BIOS, 256 Kbyte VRAM, LCD power supply, touch panel scanner for the 10*6 touch panel matrix, sound port for WAV files and a 8- bit or 16- bit PC/104 interface with connector.

The BB1T Base Board VG660 VGA controller is fully compatible with the VGA graphics standard at the register, gate and BIOS levels. The VG660 provides full backwards compatibility with the EGA, CGA, MDA and Hercules graphics standards. Mode initialization is supported at the BIOS and register levels, ensuring compatibility with application software. The controller will support up to 640 * 480 dots. The BB1T 1/4 VGA LCD is using only 320 * 240 dots. The VG660 VGA controller and the other BB1T Base Board logic properly sequences the power with respect to the control and data signals to prevent damage to the VGA LCD panel.
