PC/104 SINGLE BOARD COMPUTER CP/486DX1
The CP/486DX1 provides a complete high performance 32-bit PC/AT-based embedded single board computer (SBC) in a ultra compact PC/104 form factor (90 * 96 mm / 3.6 * 3.8"). The CP/486DX1 offers an 168- pin PGA socket for 486 or 5x86 CPUs with 66, 80, 100, 120 and 133 MHz core speeds and 33, 40, and 50 MHz external clock speeds and +3.45 VDC or +5 VDC supply power. The CP/486DX1 is built for limited space high speed embedded applications.

The CP/486DX1 includes all standard motherboard functions and features, plus DRAM and bootable FLASH memory solid state disk (SSD), serial and parallel ports, Watchdog timer, PCMCIA support, floppy disk and a hard disk controllers. With 4 Mbyte of 32-bit DRAM (expandable to 8 Mbyte), 1 Mbyte FLASH solid state disk (expandable to 4 Mbyte in 1 Mbyte steps) and EMBEDDED FLASH FILE SYSTEM, BIOS setup data in FLASH, +5V - only operation and wide operating temperature range, the CP/486DX1 is designed to meet the demands of embedded systems applications.

The CP/486DX1 offers connectors for 16-bit PC/104 (J1/J2), power, IDE/HDD interface, two serial ports COM1 - RS232C and COM2 - RS232C, LPT1, floppy disk interface and utility (keyboard interface, external battery and RESET switch). For embedded- application development with the CP/486DX1 single board computer, we offer PC/104 Embedded PC Starter Kits with the ordercodes EPCSK1-486DX1A, B, or C. In this starter kits, you will find the cables for the CP/386DX1 COM1, COM2 ports, and the LPT port. The starter kit also contains a keyboard interface cable for the CP/486DX1 utility connector with a standard 5- pin female DIN connector for PC/AT keyboards.
