The FLAT PANEL PC (FPPC) IPC64/19M is an industrial PC base with 34-key front panel keyboard and a black & white 6.4" MONOCHROME VGA LCD for front panel mounting. The IPC64/19M provides a powerful platform to build low cost, high performance, real- time solutions. Together with a PC/104 CPU/SBC it is fully functional for industrial applications and will run without disks and external keyboard. It is well suited for industrial applications such as, automated industrial equipment, medical instrumentation, transportation, manufacturing, communication, test and measurement on the factory floor. The IPC64/19M consists of three major components: The 34-key front panel keyboard with IP65 protection, an black & white MONOCHROME VGA LCD with 640 * 480 dots in graphic mode and 25 lines * 80 charīs in standard text mode, and the BB2M6 Base Board with onboard VGA controller, VGA BIOS, 512 Kbyte VRAM, LCD power supply, keyboard scanner for matrix keyboards and a PC/104 interface with connector. We offer also the BB2M6 Base Board with MONOCHROME VGA LCD, the product name is BB2M6 Flat Panel PC. We also offer the IPC64/19 with a 6.5" COLOR TFT LCD.

The BB2M6 Base Board of the IPC64/19M contains a flat panel VGA controller with 512 Kbyte onboard video RAM, the VGA BIOS, a VGA LCD power supply, one keyboard scanner for the IPC64/19M 34- key front panel keyboard and for a external keyboard and one 8- or 16- bit, non- stackthrough PC/104 interface and connector. The BB2M6 Base Board VGA controller supports simultaneous use of the black & white MONOCHROME VGA LCD and one external analog CRT monitor. Support File Download. The BB2M6 Base Board VGA controller is fully compatible with the VGA graphics standard at the register, gate and BIOS levels. The VGA controller provides full backwards compatibility with the EGA, CGA, MDA and Hercules graphics standards. Mode initialization is supported at the BIOS and register levels, ensuring compatibility with application software. The VGA controller offers hardware cursor improving Windows performance. The VGA controller and other BB2M6 Base Board logic properly sequences the power with respect to the control and data signals to prevent damage to the MONOCHROME VGA LCD.

CFL backlight ON/OFF switch, with this switch the user software can turn the LCD panel backlight on and off. The VGA controller also offers all neccessary panel control and power sequencing logic to prevent damage to the LCD panel during power- up. Keyboard scanner for 34- key front panel keyboard (PC/XT or PC/AT mode), interface for external PC/XT or PC/AT keyboard, parallel operation of front panel keyboard matrix and external keyboard.
